Rely Culinary Technology is now in its fourth year of operation, offering new technology equipment, service and assistance to the industry and opened a new showroom and test kitchen in March 2010.
Rely offers a fully equipped testing cold kitchen, which features induction heating, water baths, vacuum cookery, and induction heat assisted blenders. By using this technology kitchens are free from flame, hot stoves/ovens, are environmentally positive and comfortable to work in. Read more »
